Ever since meeting Knight in Laurent and the Beast I couldn't wait to read this one and it definitely didn't disappoint.So much to love here,I couldn't read it fast enough.





Elliot cuts quite a lonely figure,living in a run down trailer he's always had a questionable taste in men.He's more than a bit obsessed with William Fane,a serial killer from hundreds of years ago.He's convinced Fane is not the villain everyone thinks he is and has a romanticized vision of him in his mind.Also know as The Count,his online persona, he's taken to the internet to voice his love of Fane and hatred of the Mercier family.When he learns that the remains of some of Fane's victims have been discovered in the grounds of the Kings of Hell property he's desperate to visit the site.


Knight(Travis Mercier) is a bit of a man slut-into men and women,the last thing he wants is the complication of any kind of a relationship.He's fascinated by his bloodline and the history of the Mercier family.He's more than aware of the hatred Elliot is trying to generate online towards the Mercier name and can't quite believe it when Elliot shows up in the grounds of the club dressed as The Count.


As the story progresses Knight and Elliot are increasingly drawn to each other and not just sexually.There's a delicious mix of sweetness and sexiness from the ridiculous sandwiches Elliot insists on making for Knight to Knight's over protective nature kicking in where Elliot is concerned.But Knight's patience is about to be severely tested when Elliot reaches out to Fane on his own....


The supporting characters all play their part here and I'm probably in the minority but I absolutely loved the part a certain villainous ghost played-some of the one liners were brilliant!

And then there's Laurent,I honestly couldn't love him more,I could read about him forever....


Just a little bit of mystery surrounding Jake,I'm really looking forward to his story but the one who has me most intrigued is Gray.....


Another absolute winner from these highly talented Authors whose writing just gets better and better.
